 The
Freeport Book Shoppe maintains an inventory of approximately
40,000 books. We don’t specialize in any one
subject area; we tend to have a little bit of something
for everyone. We are not “rare“ book
dealers but we always have some unusual and hard
to find items acquired from local Estate Sales.
Our subject areas of emphasis include:
- Maine related books, history
as well as fiction
- Civil War, other Military History
- Technical & How -To books
- Science Fiction
- Early Children’s Chapter
or Series Books
In addition we have a good selection
of General history, Mysteries, Westerns, general
fiction, paper backs, and much more. We do sell
primarily out of shop but do list a few items
on eBay.
